The grape variety line of the Domaine Bousquet from Argentina focuses on the fruit and character of the vine. Wooden barrels are not used here. The grapes come from the Uco Valley, partly from our own vineyards and also from grapes purchased from organic winegrowers who work to the same strict quality standards as Bousquet.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes benefit from large temperature fluctuations between day and night, they reach optimal ripeness and still retain their freshness. This creates a juicy red wine that is a lot of fun to drink and does not fill you up.
The Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon Organic has a dark purple color. Its bouquet is open and reminiscent of black cherries and cassis. It has a lively character on the palate, the fruit is intense, everything flows harmoniously into a long and soft finish, which is accompanied in the background by the ripe tannins. A wonderful example of the grape variety and its origin.
The Bousquet Cabernet goes just as well with your BBQ as it does with pizza, pasta, burgers, cold platters and much more. An all-rounder at the table.
