What the Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard is already delivering with its Chablis AOP is remarkable. Brocard is one of the most important wineries in the far north of Burgundy. This delicious and typical example of a Chablis is prepared from this pool of good AOP sites. In a very purist way, there is no contact with wood during aging; this wine offers the pure minerality and coolness of the Chardonnays of this growing region. As always, a bank in terms of quality.

2023 was a vintage characterized by warmth. As in the previous year, it was an unproblematic harvest that was extremely pleasing in terms of both quality and quantity.

Unfortunately, there are no ratings for the 2023 Chablis from Brocard yet, so we are taking these from the more delicate 2021 vintage, which shows the heights to which this wine can soar: Quote from Decanter: "This is much more mineral on the nose than Brocard's Petit Chablis, with much more concentration. An attractive note of honey along with the crisp apple character makes this a pure, classy AP Chablis to drink whilst young and fresh, or to enjoy with three to four years bottles ageing."
